Place coarse ground coffee (Fig. 1) in the strainer of the coffeepot. Then slowly pour over hot water between 91° and 93° (Fig.
2). Remove the strainer after brewing for five to six minutes (Fig. 3), and your coffee is ready to enjoy in the 1-liter pot (Fig. 4).
